By using our website or booking a service with us, you agree to the practices described here.

We only collect what we need to look after you and your motorcycle.

• Contact details — your name, phone number and email address.
• Vehicle details — brand, model, registration (vehicle) number and the problem you describe.
• Booking and service records — appointment date and time, services done, parts used, estimates, invoices, payments and any outstanding balance.
• Account details — if you create a customer account or sign in with Google: your name, email address and phone number. We never see or store your Google password.
• Messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
• Technical information — your IP address, browser type and login times, used to keep accounts and the website secure.

• To schedule, carry out and follow up on your service appointments.
• To contact you about your booking — for example confirming a time, asking for approval of extra work, or telling you your motorcycle is ready.
• To keep your service history so you (and we) can see what was done and when.
• To prepare invoices, receipts and keep accounting records.
• To reply to your enquiries.
• To protect the website and our customers against misuse, fraud and unauthorised access.
• To improve our services and website.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

Customer accounts can be opened with your phone number, or with the Continue with Google button. When you use Google, Google tells us your name and verified email address so we can find or create your account — nothing else from your Google account is shared with us. Please note that an account opened with a phone number alone has no password: anyone who knows that number could view your booking history, so keep it private and tell us if you change numbers. Signing in with Google is the more secure choice.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from misuse. These are removed when you close your browser or sign out. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Third-party content on our pages (such as embedded maps, videos and fonts) may set its own cookies according to the provider's own policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our business, and only as much as needed:

• Service providers that help us operate the website — web hosting and, if you choose it, Google sign-in.
• Authorities when we are required to by law or by a valid legal request.
• Our staff — mechanics and administrators who need your details to carry out your service.

We keep booking, service and invoice records for as long as they are useful for your service history and for as long as the law requires us to keep business and accounting records. Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to deal with them. When information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your information is stored in a protected database and is visible only to authorised staff who sign in with their own accounts. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and sign-in pages limit repeated failed attempts. No system is completely risk-free, but we take sensible technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe.

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the personal information we hold about you;
• correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
• delete your customer account and the personal details linked to it (we may keep invoices and payment records that we must keep by law); or
• stop contacting you about anything other than your current booking.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add a new feature. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always shows when it last changed. Continued use of our website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
